Now What? 

You will get an email about your scheduled day and time. The email will include the video link to Teleport.video

Before you arrive at your session please do the following: 

• Have Kleenex near you
• Water 
• Turn off phone (no vibrate) 
• Quiet space for you 
• No distractions from people (so let them know it is your me-time!)
• Use the bathroom
